Role is responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to ensure continued operation of the production line. The Machine Operator is also responsible for following our company's Good Manufacturing Practices.<div>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:•      Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies<ul><li>Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.</li></ul>•      Demonstrates a One Team Cross Functional attitude by working well and effectively with others<ul><li>Embraces and participates in continuous improvement processes to drive change within the plant.</li></ul>•      Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies<ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.</li><li>Keeps the work area clutter free, clean, and organized.</li><li>Introduction to preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes.</li><li>Operate blow-mold/PET/injection molding machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles.</li><li>Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure.</li><li>Introduction to troubleshooting and resolving process problems.</li><li>Performs bottle inspections, such as drop tests for designated lines.</li><li>Inspects the quality of bottles during production, packaging and labeling.</li><li>Perform audits, weights and quality checks. Machine Operator Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Responsible for the set-up and operation of Fin Tube machines ( understanding tube types, material dimensions, identifying of defects, understanding tube structure to identify condenser/boiler conformance or nonconformance) to achieve a series of progressive milling operations, while holding precise tolerances and finishing requirements per customer drawings. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Inspect in process material as specified in work instructions, report any material found not meeting the criteria to ensure proper steps are taken to identify and or dispose of this material following the correct deposition methods.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Maintain a clean and safe work place while ensuring that all P.P.E, equipment safeguarding and protective devices are functioning and utilized in accordance with all EHS safety standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Record quality data measured, scrap counts and material used by using WFS to ensure that inventory and product movements are recorded accurately.</li></ul>(All duties and responsibilities are unique to our facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes and making necessary additions.</li><li>Setting proper temperatures and cycle times.</li><li>Prepare the surface of the board through various cleaning processes.</li><li>Verify quality requirements to finished product.</li><li>Operator may be trained on the following processes as deemed necessary: Black Oxide, Deburr, Desmear/Electroless Copper, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Black Hole, Etchers, Silver and Resist Strip.</li></ul>RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma is required.
