This role is primarily responsible for (operation, housekeeping and other functional attributes) of the Fin Tube milling centers, creating product for quality review, the preparation and review of material scans for the start of production, conducting quality check during production, assigned tasks also include operation of the Overhead crane as needed. Strong focus on quality and troubleshooting of  tools and other production elements also identifying defects of tubes during production. Machine Operator Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Responsible for the set-up and operation of Fin Tube machines ( understanding tube types, material dimensions, identifying of defects, understanding tube structure to identify condenser/boiler conformance or nonconformance) to achieve a series of progressive milling operations, while holding precise tolerances and finishing requirements per customer drawings. </li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Inspect in process material as specified in work instructions, report any material found not meeting the criteria to ensure proper steps are taken to identify and or dispose of this material following the correct deposition methods.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Maintain a clean and safe work place while ensuring that all P.P.E, equipment safeguarding and protective devices are functioning and utilized in accordance with all EHS safety standards.</li><li style="margin-bottom: 0in;">Record quality data measured, scrap counts and material used by using WFS to ensure that inventory and product movements are recorded accurately.</li></ul>(All duties and responsibilities are unique to our facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Prepare tanks by removing residue, checking anodes and making necessary additions.</li><li>Setting proper temperatures and cycle times.</li><li>Prepare the surface of the board through various cleaning processes.</li><li>Verify quality requirements to finished product.</li><li>Operator may be trained on the following processes as deemed necessary: Black Oxide, Deburr, Desmear/Electroless Copper, Pattern Plating, Nickel/Gold, Black Hole, Etchers, Silver and Resist Strip.</li></ul>RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma is required.
