This is a goal oriented position that is responsible for sorting, tagging and hanging apparel and linens (softlines). Responsible for determining the quality of softlines products and sorting the items correctly. Hangs sorted items onto Z racks for transport to the sales floor. Tags items with color tags without damaging the item. Assists with the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe working area for co-workers.

Softlines Processor

SUMMARY: 

E-Commerce Processor duties include, but are not limited to, receiving, processing/sorting, documenting, photographing and researching donated specialty items. Through quick and efficient selection and processing of donated goods, E-Commence Processors assist their department in meeting it budgeted revenue while minimizing costs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

<ol>
	<li>Consistently arrives at work and on time; notifies the E-Commerce Manager of absence in advance.</li>
	<li>Demonstrates a professional, presentable appearance, including adherence to dress code and positive attitude.</li>
	<li>Is knowledgeable of, and utilizes, PPE as required for the position and the job duties.</li>
	<li>Is knowledgeable of, and adheres to, the DGR Purpose Statement, DGR Guiding Principles and Goodwill Values. </li>
	<li>Provides excellent customer service to all customers (internal and external); answers all emails and phone calls within 24 business hours; ensures all team members provide excellent customer service.</li>
	<li>Safeguards company property (including donated goods) and employees. Reports any incident of accident, theft, fraud, waste or unauthorized possession of company property to E-Commerce Manager the same day as the incident. </li>
	<li>Maintains confidentiality with information such as performance evaluations, corrective actions, individual wage and salary rates and other sensitive information. </li>
	<li>Works within approved budget. Contributes to profits and revenue. Conserves organizational resources. Maximizes Expense to Revenue (E/R) ratio. </li>
	<li>Monitors feedback from E-Commerce customers daily. Provide excellent customer service to eCommerce patrons including, but not limited to, answering questions about merchandise, promptly processing returns, and quickly and accurately shipping merchandise. Resolves customer/donor complaints or problems in a timely and courteous manner with the goal of achieving customer satisfaction while complying with agency policies and procedures. </li>
	<li>Maintains systems related to the sale of goods through online platforms including, but not limited to, ShopGoodwill and eBay. Develops Goodwill&rsquo;s presence on emergent selling platforms to diversify and expand revenue in eCommerce. </li>
	<li>Assists the E-Commerce Manager with tracking the sales of the posted items and record daily sales.</li>
	<li>Assists the E-Commerce Manager with inventorying, ordering, and keep secure supplies related to eCommerce. </li>
	<li>Assists the E-Commerce Manager with maintaining an efficient and organized work area for the processing, photographing, and shipping of merchandise including a cataloging system for incoming and outgoing merchandise. </li>
	<li style="text-align:justify">Fulfills and supervises production functions such as: track and document production goals and other production areas. Receives donated goods from stores, sorts and selects merchandise, prices and marks items and performs other production functions as determined by supervisor.</li>
	<li>Ensures sold items are packed and shipped carefully and promptly. </li>
	<li>Ensures that all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.</li>
	<li>Orders supplies to replenish quantities on hand in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Performs opening and closing procedures of the store.</li>
	<li>Assists in the maintenance of a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, complying with established procedures and policies.</li>
	<li>Meets daily processing goal; effectively works as a team to meet the revenue budget of the department. </li>
	<li>Assists in the selection, cleaning, description writing, and item posting onto the online retail platforms used by the E-Commerce department.</li>
	<li>Assists in the photographing of items for posting on retail platforms. </li>
	<li>Maintains accurate processing record(s).</li>
	<li>Assists with the organization of inventory to ensure incoming items are credited to the correct store and any items to be returned are sent back to the correct store. </li>
	<li>Attends all training sessions as required by the Agency.</li>
	<li>Performs other duties as assigned that would lead to successful operation of department, team and/or mission.</li>

Coin Processors work as team members of the cash handling department. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the coin wrapping machine; also moving inventories of coin after robotic process complete. Material handling, forklift, and machinery experience preferred.&nbsp;

Coin Processor 

Operate and maintain coin wrapping machinery, diagnose and repair equipment, and manage coin inventories. Physical ability to lift 30-55 lbs; forklift/machinery experience preferred.

Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage loan processing activities. Receives, evaluates, and reviews loan applications. Obtains and verifies necessary information and prepares documents for underwriting and closing review. Arranges flood zone certification as required. Communicates loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representatives. Obtains proof of insurance as required on mortgage loans. Assists or refers members as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 

1. Assumes responsibility for providing effective clerical support for all phases of mortgage loan activities. 

a. Reviews new loan applications.

b. Prepares and issues conditional loan approvals for borrowers.

c. Orders appraisals, credit reports, and title reports. Logs dollar amounts received and verifies employment, salary, assets, and liabilities.

d. Resolves loan application problems. Assists applicants with addressing credit report problems, low appraisals, low salary levels, and high debt ratios.

e. Reviews information for completeness and accuracy. Clarifies missing or questionable information. Follows up with outside sources of outstanding documents. Ensures that all necessary items are available for underwriting. Tracks development of information to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines. Resolves conditions of underwriting. Submits loans for final approval.

f. Communicates status of loans to buyer, seller, realtor, and title company.

g. Prepares files for closing. Checks current PR, appraisal, and interest rate lock. Obtains records for homeowner&#39;s insurance and flood certification.

h. Prepares monthly status report.

i. Prepares miscellaneous correspondence and records.

2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relationships with members and mortgage professionals

a. Resolves (or refers) requests and problems promptly and courteously. Answers member loan questions regarding applications in the process of approval.

b. Keeps members and realtors properly informed of Credit Union policies and procedures. Notifies members of additional information required.

c. Maintains and conveys the Credit Union&#39;s professional reputation.

3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with Credit Union personnel and with management.

a. Assists and supports Mortgage Loan personnel as needed.

b. Completes reports and records promptly and accurately.
