Job Summary

The Loan Processor is responsible for pre-screening credit reports, ensuring the accuracy and privacy of customer information, and coordinating with sales representatives to meet customer financing requirements. This role involves verifying and submitting customer applications to a variety of lenders to secure funding and reviewing loan files to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Documentation Management: Organize paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.</li>
	<li style="margin-bottom:11px;">Cross-Department Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve company objectives.</li>

<li>Maintains files of catalog cards, vertical file material, publishers&rsquo; catalogs, and the like.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Makes simple repairs on damaged books and processes more severely damaged books for repair at the bindery.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Readies books for reserve on teacher&rsquo;s request, and maintains the back-number stacks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepares current magazines for shelving and maintains the back-number stacks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assists in the annual inventory of library materials, and the preparation of lists of missing books to be discarded.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Shelves incoming books and oversees the general neatness and attractiveness of library and its displays.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintains current inventory of supplies and suggestions for acquisition as needed.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
