Hardlines Processor

Responsible for determining the quality of softlines products and sorting the items correctly. Hangs sorted items onto Z racks for transport to the sales floor. Tags items with color tags without damaging the item. Assists with the maintenance of a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe working area for co-workers.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience; prior customer service preferred.

Job Description
Coin Processors work as team members of the cash handling department. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing the coin wrapping machine; also moving inventories of coin after robotic process complete. Material handling, forklift, and machinery experience preferred.&nbsp;
Responsibilities and Duties 
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work with automated, cutting edge, robotic machinery in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment where meeting volume standards is mandatory. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate, maintain, diagnose and repair machinery consistently and correctly over an 8-hour shift. Move inventories of coin after robotic process complete. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Control chain of custody for coin inventories through automated process. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Adhere to all mandates and policies required by Supervisor. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communicate verbally with co-workers and management. </li>

Required Skills

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and adjustments, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with assistance, communicate with a high level of detail to tech support. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to push/pull wagons, carts, buggies, dollies loaded with cargo weighing up to several hundred pounds. - Unrestricted ability to stand, walk, bend, squat. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to repetitiously lift bags of coin weighing from 30-55 pounds from ground level to a height of at least 4-feet, approximately one (1) bag per minute. </li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lift boxes of rolled coin (weighing as much as 12-25 pounds) off conveyor belt and position on rack on level from 6 inches to 3 feet off floor level.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to count, add and subtract; record numbers and signatures; read weights and distinguish coin denominations.&nbsp;</li>

Essential Functions/Job Qualifications As part of the qualification process for the Coin Processor position, a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) is required. This evaluation requires successful completion of testing in the following areas: Lift: - 25lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 66 inches from the floor (1X) Lift-Carry: - 18lbs vertical lift from 1 inch to 44 inches from the floor, and horizontally transfer 15ft (4X) - 18lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 300ft (1X) - 50lbs vertical lift from 10 inches to 36 inches from the floor and horizontally transfer 2ft (2X) Push-Pull: - Horizontally transfer 47lbs of force on a sled (single, non-dominant arm), a distance of 1ft (2X) Repetitive Coupling: - Squeeze Jamar Hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 30lbs / both right &amp; left hands (4X each) &nbsp; Benefits
