<h2>About the Department</h2>Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Advising Center Director, the First-Year Experience Coordinator will be a full-time split position between overseeing the First-Year Experience (FYEX) course and advising (50% FYEX Leadership/50% Advising; as the split shifts seasonally). This full-time position will participate in the ENMU Quality Initiative (QI) and other initiatives, particularly as they relate to first-year retention.&nbsp;<h2>Position Duties</h2>Duties and Responsibilities:First Year Experience (FYEX) Leadership<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt; <h2>About the Department</h2>Position Summary Works collaboratively with NM Children, Youth, & Families Department (CYFD) personnel to implement the Title IVE traineeship program for the ENMU Social Work graduate program. This position oversees assigned student placements and activities directly involved in or related to the Title IVE program.<h2>Position Duties</h2>Duties and Responsibilities:<ul style="margin-bottom: 3pt; This role sits at the intersection of engineering and operations, with direct responsibility for driving purchase orders, managing suppliers, tracking hardware builds, and ensuring on-time subsystem delivery in a high-intensity startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution &amp; Ownership
<ul>
<li>Own delivery of critical spacecraft subsystems (structures, power electronics, harnessing, propulsion, etc.)</li>
