PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Summer Service & Leadership Youth Development Professional plans, implements, and supervises programs that promote leadership skills, positive behavior, anti-bullying practices, cultural awareness, and community engagement. This role helps youth build confidence, empathy, and responsibility while supporting our priority outcome areas of Good Character & Citizenship, Healthy Lifestyles, and Academic Success.
Youth Development Professionals will work within a Boys & Girls Club serving up to 100 youth (ages 6–18) daily and will lead groups of 5–20 members at a time through engaging discussions, activities, and service-learning projects.

The Chief Rescue and Programs Officer will support all strategic Rescue efforts for our non-profit organization working alongside the Executive Director by coordinating, managing, evaluating, and refining the Rescue activities, with an emphasis on permitting and legal compliance through entities including but not limited to; GFAS/USDA/CDOW accreditations/inspections. This role personally identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards any rescues and prospects while maintaining relationships in accordance with organizational procedures and goals. Incorporates collaborative relationships with organizations or affiliates across the world while coordinating solicitation efforts, developing internal processes and procedures, and aligning rescue and outreach efforts for all three facilities. Occasional oversight of other Refuge Facilities. This position will not only review and process the whole rescue operation under the guidance of our ED but also travel to all rescue locations to ensure the full oversight of each mission including being responsible for all paperwork associated. All duties and tasks must be handled with upmost professionalism as this position is widely known and is a representation of our Sanctuary Globally.
 
Minimum Job Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 3-5 years of documented development professional experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or combined education with experience -High School Diploma or equivalent</li>

The MVCs are designed to ensure that we will generate a minimum amount of gathering revenue over the life of each respective gathering agreement. The fee-based nature of the majority of the gathering agreements enhances the stability of our cash flows and limits our direct commodity price exposure.

Summary:

The Senior Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for assisting with development and implementation of safety, and health programs that comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as Company requirements.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Lead the development, implementation, and compliance of safety programs and work procedures associated with federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies</li>
	<li>Analyze, summarize, and report all necessary EHS data</li>
	<li>Prepare, implement, and review EHS manuals, programs, procedures, and standards</li>
	<li>Prepare, schedule, and conduct emergency drills and exercises</li>
	<li>Provide status updates and recommendations to management on program and policy development</li>
	<li>Maintain a daily field presence by conducting inspections, training, and verifying compliance in addition to other tasks</li>
	<li>Develop & implement safety communication/reporting processes and safety strategies</li>
	<li>Maintain effective communication with all levels of employees, management, and applicable Federal, State, and Local regulatory agencies and consultants</li>
	<li>Coordinate audits and agency inspections</li>
	<li>Conduct on-site facility audits to determine compliance with air permitting and compliance requirements</li>
	<li>Implement operational compliance measures as required by new regulations</li>
	<li>Provide/assist in training to operations as identified by HSE team</li>
	<li>Assist in investigation of any spills and air releases to meet all reporting requirements</li>
	<li>Lead analysis and evaluation of compliance issues related to operations and develop/implement corrective action to resolve potential problems</li>
	<li>Provide support in the development and implementation of JHA's (Job Hazard Analyses) for both routine (operation and maintenance) and non-routine tasks</li>

	<li>Develop departmental goals and objective</li>
	<li>Manage, mentor, and develop the staff in succession planning</li>
	<li>Lead investigation teams for significant incidents & determine root cause and corrective actions</li>
	<li>Manage the roll out of corrective actions throughout the region</li>
	<li>Conduct interactive meetings</li>

Education & Experience:

<ul>
	<li>BS degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering or equivalent degree preferred</li>
</ul>

or 8 years of oil and gas operations experience with involvement in HSE programs

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

<ul>
	<li>Must demonstrate a working knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT experience is a</li>
	<li>Familiarity with PSM and RMP regulations is a plus</li>
	<li>Ability to interface effectively with governmental agencies, regulating boards, third parties, contractors, and lawyers</li>
	<li>A high level of technical knowledge is required, including the ability to be innovative and creative while utilizing technical resources to address complex compliance issues related to liquid and bulk material handling facilities</li>
	<li>Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to company and insurers</li>
	<li>Successful completion and passing of company drug screen, background check and respirator fit test</li>
	<li>Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
	<li>Must have high level of initiative, and ability to often work independently with minimal oversight</li>

This position requires a strong focus on regulatory compliance and the ability to drive a safety-conscious culture throughout the organization. Candidates must have experience in the telecommunications, utility, wind energy or other construction industry that deals with fall protection safety.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.</li><li>Recommend appropriate control measures to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Conduct safety meetings and supply supervisors with material to conduct daily and weekly meetings with their crew.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, near misses, and corrective actions taken.</li><li>Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations by managing and maintaining up-to-date DOT driver qualification files, records, and medical cards.</li><li>Conduct engaging new hire orientations, ensuring that all employees receive proper safety training, fleet training and are aware of safety policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Travel to sites and crew bases to provide training, advisement, and safety orientation. Travel may be up to 30%.</li><li>Monitor and train contractors to ensure safety practices while working on site.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate training programs on tower climbing safety, lockout tagout procedures, fall protection, and other safety-related topics for new and current employees.</li><li>Evaluate and review Job Descriptions for any specialized safety training.</li><li>Develop training for new equipment, PPE etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist Human Resources to enforce a comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program to ensure a substance-free workplace.</li><li>Monitor and track the usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses, lanyards, and other necessary gear, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and availability.</li><li>Implement an effective PPE tracking system to ensure accurate inventory management and timely replacements when needed.</li><li>Collaborate with management and employees to foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability.</li><li>Collaborate with HR on the evaluation, development and implementation of a comprehensive safety program, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including required documentation regarding safety and training, worker compensation and return to work, accident investigations including auto accidents and onsite investigations.&nbsp;</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to safety.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>Working experience in the telecommunications, utility, wind energy or other construction industry that deals with fall protection safety.</li><li>Experience in developing and coordinating safety programs, training and facilitation.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and best practices, including OSHA standards.</li><li>Strong understanding of DOT driver qualification requirements and related documentation including requirements for the Clearing House.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in conducting hazard assessments and implementing control measures.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage employees at all levels of the organization.</li><li>30-hour OSHA certification is required.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.</li><li>Candidates must be able to pass all pre-employment processes, including substance screen, criminal background and motor vehicle record checks.&nbsp;</li></ul>IND123&nbsp;</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
