<p>The AHU Service Manager supports all aspects of AHU services. Supports inventory management and stock component purchasing functions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure adequate flow of critical materials.  This role requires someone who responds quickly to customer requests, can think on their feet, has experience in HVAC services, and has working knowledge of data center cooling topography. Works among multiple teams to successfully fulfill customer requirements.  Actively participates in problem-solving exercises, communicates concerns, and issues, and works towards successful resolutions.  Identifies opportunities for improvement and acts to implement process changes.</p>

<li>Work with design and manufacturing teams to share service-related concerns on a new product to be launched this year specific to data centers</li>
<li>Lead the development of product literature, installation and operation manuals, recommended services documents, service reports</li>
<li>Work with marketing teams on product literature publishing, as well as industry trade show attendance and support</li>
<li>Develop maintenance programs for new products</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and execute different service level agreements for customers nationwide</li>
<li>Work with factory and commercial teams to understand industry costs and product cost profile for different components within each cooling unit</li>
<li>Work with local factory installation teams so integration and installation approach is supported by product design</li>
<li>Work with purchasing team to ensure any needed long lead equipment is done in a timely manner to align with project delivery timelines</li>
<li>Review of mechanical equipment specifications, submittals, drawing sets, one-line drawings to ensure project compliance with what is being provided</li>
<li>Work on-site with installers, mechanical contractors, to troubleshoot as needed</li>
<li>Management of third-party installers or commissioning agents during product integration and testing</li>
<li>Gains full understanding of all material applications and uses and constructability of finished products.</li>
<li>Monitors inventory on projects and initiates corrective actions with team when necessary. Suggests alternate uses to avoid material obsolescence.</li>
<li>Gains critical understanding of material costs, commodity swings, and cost drivers to obtain most advantageous and competitive prices.</li>
<li>Tracks industry standards and associated lead-times, can identify alternative supply chains on an as needed basis  </li>
<li>Develops and manages vendor relations and transactions, communicate issues and non-conformances, measures performance, and ensures compliance.</li>
<li>Actively participates in project forecasting for purposes of resource and material planning.</li>
<li>Assists with resolving critical situations and revisions with professional deportment and provides support to multiple Tate teams in the execution of customer requirements.</li>

<li>A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in HVAC services and product development and support including experience with mechanical installation, building commissioning services, mechanical installation troubleshooting</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC product manufacturing and development</li>
<li>Experience in HVAC controls: at the product level and the BMS level</li>
<li>Experience in supply chain and procurement functions for HVAC related infrastructure and electrical service/installation projects, and/or sufficient experience to have demonstrated capacity, means, aptitude, and initiative to solve problems, develop process improvements and achieve desired outcomes.</li>
<li>Knowledge and practice with purchasing processes, vendor sourcing, supplier negotiation, as well as determining and understanding cost drivers and market conditions.</li>
<li>Previous experience with material management, inventory control, and MRP systems.</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand specifications and read technical electrical drawings.</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) applications and computer technology.</li>

The manager of internal communications will be responsible for shaping narratives, leading storytelling, and developing, overseeing, and measuring programs to ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization. The position works directly with internal and/or external stakeholders and C-suite executives in implementing plans designed to drive employee engagement, support business transformation, and identify opportunities to achieve key organizational outcomes.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic communications initiatives aligned with organizational change management best practice and measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external teams, vendors, and executive leadership to implement communication strategies driving employee engagement.</li><li>Identify and leverage opportunities to achieve key strategic objectives within specific internal and/or business groups.</li><li>Apply strong analytical and research abilities to inform data-driven communication strategies.</li><li>Oversee collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management throughout.</li><li>Prepare and deliver comprehensive reporting that provides key insights into communications effectiveness and strategic progress.</li><li>Analyze and research communication trends to inform strategies and decisions.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate communication delivery, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.</li><li>Leverage knowledge of marketing principles and practices as they relate to organizational change and strategic communications.</li><li>Maintain excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple initiatives.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><b>Minimum Qualification:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a related field with at least 3 years of related marketing experience required OR High School degree or equivalent with 5 years direct experience</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualification:</b></p><ul><li>Five or more years of management experience leading communications teams, engaging with senior and executive stakeholders, and driving outcomes</li><li>AND/OR</li><li>Metrics-driven individual with proven ability to set, monitor and measure internal and external communications effectiveness</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Solid record creating, leading and delivering impactful internal communications strategies and plans aligned to business objectives</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of internal and change communications best practices</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong research, analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills</li><li>Understanding of creative workflow process, including project initiation and kickoff, execution, approvals, production, proofing, tracking and archiving</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe platforms</li></ul><p></p><p>This position is not eligible for employment-based skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in
