The DHHS Resource Developer, under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks to include conducting unannounced inspections with child care providers, performing on-site audits, evaluating provider services to ensure compliance with subsidy contracts and state and federal regulations, documenting and reporting findings of investigations, and providing recommendations of service concerns resulting in contract revisions and/or contract termination. “You have the passion; we have the opportunities – let’s make a difference for Nebraskans!”  The Program Integrity Resource Developer will:<ul><li>Conduct unannounced inspections in child care provider’s homes and center facilities</li></ul><ul><li>Apply regulations and policies when conducting inspections</li></ul><ul><li>Calculate billing units on child care provider attendance calendars</li></ul><ul><li>Create reports and report out to administration</li></ul><ul><li>Provide subsidy billing training to child care providers</li></ul>Hire Rate: $19.045 per hour – Non-ExemptWork Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMDress Attire: Business CasualDriving Required: Travel is required for this position. This position will cover multiple counties across the state.Location: Norfolk  Requirements / Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: Post high school coursework/training in social work, sociology, counseling, guidance, psychology, child development or related field and experience in resource development, eligibility determination or contract monitoring within a public service organization.
