Ensures project activities are conducted efficiently, on schedule, and in adherence to quality standards. The QCM coordinates closely with the Wireless CAD team, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Quality Control team, and Engineers, contributing significantly to project efficiency and success. Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage and complete projects which are assigned / awarded on time and in budget.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Work closely with Wireless CAD, Site Acquisition, Construction Managers, Project Managers, Quality Control teams to ensure deliverables meet client and jurisdiction standards.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review / Redline A&amp;E drawings.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Review / Redline structural documents.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage client requests, including purchase orders and invoicing requirements.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage subcontractors, including issuing purchase orders and approving invoices.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Manage internal trackers to ensure delivery schedules are met.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Attend client meetings as required, either in person or virtually.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Upload documents and manage internal SharePoint folders.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to travel as needed.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ensure confidentiality of company information.&nbsp;</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Perform other related duties as assigned by management.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Qualifications&nbsp;<ul style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;"><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Associate&#39;s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience required.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or supervision, preferably within the wireless telecommunications or a related construction/infrastructure industry required.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiarity with project management principles and basic methodologies.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and experience with project tracking tools.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Basic understanding of wireless telecommunication infrastructure components and deployment processes.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to interpret basic construction drawings and site plans.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and subcontractors.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry with specific knowledge of carrier standards.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Basic understanding of financial processes related to projects.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Desire and demonstrated potential for advancement to a Project Manager role preferred.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Introductory project management certification preferred.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Familiarity with client portals and project management software used in the telecom industry.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to team success.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The ability to embrace corporate values, understand the company mission, and exemplify CCI leadership behaviors.</li></ul>&nbsp; Shift&nbsp;is full-time Monday &ndash; Friday between the hours of 8:00 am &ndash; 5:00 pm CST. Quality Control Manager-Wireless

2-3 years in project coordination/supervision; associate degree in PM/Construction or related field; Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint; experience with telecom construction/infrastructure; ability to read drawings; strong communication; knowledge of carrier standards; project management potential.

<li>Oversee and steward the business to ensure it is profitable and meets the growth directives established by the executive management team.</li>
<li>Develop and execute business planning strategies, forecast, and schedules as required by JHC.</li>
<li>Establishes goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems in conjunction with sub-ordinate managers and managers of other Business Units.</li>
<li>Support/Drive the Account Management Team to deliver company initiatives and growth goals.</li>
<li>Be the liaison with the factory and execute/manage all sales forecasting, training, business development, and other requirements requested by said factory/representative.</li>
<li>Maintains a working knowledge of governmental and industry recognized codes & standards. This includes development of written practices in concert with the Quality Assurance Manager that comply with ASME, NBBI, ASNT, AGA, NIST, API, ASTM, and other industrial standards, and customer requirements.</li>
<li>CRM Management, Salesforce.</li>
<li>Supports JHC accounting department with problem invoices and general customer account information, customer facing.</li>
<li>Understands and manages to ensure the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times.</li>
<li>Works closely with and supports the JHC product principals when required to do so.</li>
<li>Actively and enthusiastically supports JHC’s visions and strategies.</li>
<li>Builds and cultivates solid relationships – internally and externally.</li>
<li>Travels when required and applicable.</li>
<li>Regular and predictable attendance and availability is essential for this position.</li>
<li>Supervisory responsibilities to include: Project Manager, Fabrication Manager, Sales Manager, Inside and Outside Product Managers.</li>
