The developer collaborates closely with functional stakeholders, vendors, and Learning and Information Technologies (LIT) teams to build and maintain, secure, efficient, and scalable enterprise solutions.  Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities<ul><li>Performs comprehensive data integration across various enterprise systems, as well as operations, academic, research, and auxiliary/third-party systems utilized throughout the University. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensures efficient, accurate and secure data exchange between SIS, CRM, Finance, HR, LMS, data warehouses, and other UW-System, campus and third-party vendors.</li></ul><ul><li>Implements and supports data cleaning, validation techniques, creating test plans, and audits to maintain high-quality, accurate data. </li></ul><ul><li>Writes complex queries, procedures, and scripts to support data retrieval, transformation, and processing needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensures data systems adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA) and institutional policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Provides project and change management related to the enterprise system integration.
