                </p><p>Tyler Technologies' Corporate IT Applications team has a summer intern opportunity for an IT DevOps intern.  The intern will work closely with the Applications DevOps team to support Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.  This is a great experience to gain real-world development and corporate toolset exposure. The internship runs May 26 (or thereabouts) through early August.</p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Resolve User issues as they come into the Developer Operations Queue</li><li>Create development issue tracking projects and troubleshoot access issues</li><li>Liaise with IT and related Business Units on solution requirements</li><li>Able to execute test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.</li><li>Research and develop plans and tools needed for data migrations from acquisition applications into corporate dev ops applications.</li><li>Create or update system and architecture documentation as needed</li><li>Work with Tyler IT teams to provide advanced support and troubleshooting of external application integrations with corporate developer operations applications</li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications<br></strong></h2><ul><li>Have completed sophomore or junior year of bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or similar.</li><li>Ability to conduct independent research and present recommendations based upon findings.</li><li>Familiar with product issue tracking and document repositories.</li><li>Familiar with automation software.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Background in or exposure to user experience principles is helpful. </li><li>SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python experience preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA or Confluence software is helpful but not required.</li></ul>
