Ross Video&rsquo;s Manufacturing Systems team is driving the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations. Our goal is to simplify decisions, reduce waste, and unlock new levels of efficiency through data and software. We&rsquo;re looking for builders who want to work in manufacturing and can turn ideas into supported tools.&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll spend your time both at a computer and on the factory floor: learning how production works, listening to real users, and helping create tools that drive efficiency, and insight. Some of what you build will talk to machines, some to databases, and some to people.&nbsp;This is a technical role, but it&rsquo;s also collaborative. You&rsquo;ll need curiosity, initiative, and the ability to communicate with non-technical users who aren&rsquo;t always sure what they need but know what&rsquo;s broken.
