<li>Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control procedures</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Basic to intermediate experience with:</li>
<ul>
<li>SQL (queries, joins, basic optimization)</li>
<li>Python (scripting or application development)</li>
<li>JavaScript (front-end or back-end development)</li>
</ul>
<li>Understanding of fundamental software development concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with relational databases</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and debug code</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment in Lexington, MI</li>
<li>Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Programming</li>
<li>Experience developing internal business or manufacturing applications</li>
<li>Exposure to web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, Node.js, or similar)</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS</li>
<li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)</li>
<li>Understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus</li>
</ul>
