About the roleAs a Senior Software Developer specialized in automation and Agentic AI, you will design and build enterprise-grade intelligent automation and agentic systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable. You will help accelerate delivery through reusable components, modern development practices, and thoughtful architecture—while operating within a governed environment (security, privacy, compliance, and operational resilience). This role requires more than technical depth: we’re looking for a senior developer who leads through strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring, and who consistently demonstrates Integrity, Respect, Customer‑driven mindset, Commitment to Excellence, and Generosity in how they work. What you&#39;ll do here: Build enterprise-grade automation &amp; agentic solutions<ul><li>Design and deliver automation products and agentic AI solutions that integrate with enterprise tools and business processes.</li><li>Develop reliable Python services, APIs, and workflows to orchestrate tools, agents, and data sources.</li><li>Build agentic systems using frameworks such as:<ul><li>Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel (and equivalent emerging frameworks)</li></ul></li></ul> Agentic AI engineering<ul><li>Implement patterns for agent planning, tool orchestration, memory, and multi-agent collaboration (where appropriate).</li><li>Create robust evaluation approaches (quality, safety, regression testing, hallucination mitigation, prompt and tool-call reliability).</li><li>Design guardrails: policy-based routing, input/output validation, grounding strategies (RAG), and safe tool execution.</li><li>Good Knowledge of MCP server development and implementation.</li></ul> Engineering excellence &amp; operational readiness<ul><li>Produce clean, well-tested, well-documented code with strong engineering standards (SOLID, clean architecture, design patterns).</li><li>Build for reliability: observability, logs, metrics, traces, alerting; performance profiling and optimization.</li><li>Contribute to platform standards: reusable libraries, templates, CI/CD patterns, secure-by-default practices.</li></ul> Governance, risk, and compliance by design<ul><li>Ensure solutions meet enterprise expectations for:<ul><li>Security (secrets management, least privilege, secure coding)</li><li>Privacy &amp; data handling (classification-aware design, retention considerations)</li><li>Operational controls (change management, incident readiness, DR considerations where needed)</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate with architecture, security, and governance stakeholders to ensure the solution is deployable and supportable.</li></ul> Leadership<ul><li>Mentor and coach developers; elevate team practices through reviews, pairing, and constructive feedback.</li><li>Lead technical discussions, propose options with trade-offs, and drive alignment across teams.</li><li>Influence outcomes through clear writing (ADRs, design docs), stakeholder management, and calm execution under pressure.</li></ul>  What you bring to the table: <ul><li>10&#43; years of professional software development experience</li><li>Mastery of Python (expert-level proficiency)</li><li>Strong background in:<ul><li>API development (REST/async), service design, integration patterns</li><li>Data structures, algorithms, performance and scalability</li><li>Testing strategies: unit, integration, contract, end-to-end; test automation</li><li>Version control (Git), code review discipline, CI/CD pipelines</li></ul></li><li>Bilingual (French and English): Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country. </li><li>No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada </li></ul>#LI-Hybrid Il s'agit d'un nouveau rôle au sein de notre équipe en plein croissance | This role is a new member of our growing team.
