Candidates must be commuting distance to New Freedom, PA, or able to relocate.What You Will Do:You will play a critical role in the development and testing of our exciting embedded software systems! You will have the opportunity to lead testing efforts, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. If you have a strong background in software testing, a deep understanding of embedded systems, proven experience in automated testing, and a passion for excellence, then keep reading!How you will do it:<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for embedded software.</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.</li><li>Collaborate with software development teams to understand requirements and ensure testability.</li><li>Conduct reviews of design and requirements to identify potential issues early in the development cycle.</li><li>Analyze test results, report defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Participate in root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for identified issues.</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies.</li></ul>What we look for: Required <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>2&#43; years of overall experience in software development and testing.</li><li>1&#43; years of hands-on experience specifically in manual testing, preferably automated testing.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C&#43;&#43;, Python, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG.</li><li>Prior experience in leading testing efforts for complex embedded systems.</li><li>Must be a US citizen or permanent resident. We cannot provide sponsorship for this position.</li></ul>Preferred: <ul><li>Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing automated testing solutions and frameworks.</li></ul>SALARY RANGE: $75,000 -103,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
