applications, amendments, and continuing reviews for new and ongoing studies.</li><li>Design, execute, and manage original research projects aligned with the ROOTS Lab&#39;s mission, with a specific focus on pediatric health outcomes.</li><li>Prepare manuscripts for publication in high-impact peer-reviewed journals</li><li>Prepare presentations for national and international conferences.</li><li>Assist the ROOTS Director as needed to successfully develop and disseminate high-quality research, and secure funding to support ongoing efforts.</li></ul> Quantitative Analysis<ul><li>Independently perform complex quantitative data analyses, ranging from exploratory to explanatory models.</li><li>Demonstrate advanced proficiency in specialized statistical techniques, such as multiple imputation (MI) for handling missing data, power analysis and power calculations.</li><li>Oversee the cleaning, merging, and management of large, complex clinical and administrative datasets.</li></ul> Mentorship and Guidance<ul><li>Provide high-level guidance, review, and support to graduate and undergraduate students within the ROOTS Lab on their research designs
