<p>This role is responsible for protecting Switch�s cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments through hands-on security engineering and technical leadership. You lead complex security initiatives, guide incident response, and improve detection and response capabilities across the organization. The role balances deep technical execution with mentoring and influence, without direct people management.</p>

	<p>Build and operate detection and response capabilities, including SIEM, EDR, SOAR, logging, and alerting.</p>

	<p>Lead investigation and response for security incidents and drive root-cause remediation.</p>
