The Associate Solution Developer delivers data, data products, and information that drive our client’s multi-channel marketing capabilities. You will understand the details of our client’s data and Acxiom’s products to ensure that our clients and/or third-party vendors receive clean, improved, segmented, ready-to-market data. You will strive daily to improve quality and adhere to standard processes and procedures, work with our partners to begin to understand requirements and raise issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. You will analyze, solve issues and modify or change processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The AR Insurance Account Manager I sells and services new and existing accounts. This position performs sales and service functions for targeted market programs and the sale of additional coverages as assigned by performing the duties listed below.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs the functions of a CSR to include initiating and follow-up with customers and carriers to sell or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence and reports. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. 
2. Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as premiums, coverage of risk, policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, binders, contracts, etc. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
3. Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain coverage gaps, and solicitation of new business within market area. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
4. Prepares and presents proposals, quotes and recommends coverages based on customer needs and sales of appropriate coverages. This duty is performed daily, about 20% of the time.
5. Assists customer and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
6. Prepares and calculates premiums, invoicing, commissions and other accounting related functions. This duty is performed daily, about 28% of the time.
7. Creates and maintains computer files and suspense for follow-up action. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time.
8. Attends sales seminars, sales meetings. This duty is performed as needed, about 1% of the time.
9. Participates in company community events and civic meetings. This duty is performed as needed, about 1% of the time.
10. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed annually.

QUALIFICATIONS
