<p>The Test Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the testing lifecycle for DDI (Design, Development, and Implementation) and M&amp;O (Maintenance and Operations) projects. <li>Drive root cause analysis for defects and implement defect prevention strategies.</li>
<li>Identify and implement best practices and efficiency improvements.</li>

<li>Familiarity with test and defect management tools (e.g., ALM).</li>
