<a name="_Hlk84400486"></a>As the Site Operations Manager for our power plant situated near in Gail, TX rated at 225 MWAC, you will bear the responsibility for overseeing total employment, training, schedules, safety, and the day-to-day financial operations of the site. In your capacity as lead of safety, it is imperative to ensure that all permits and reports are current, valid, and in compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies. You will be tasked with the management of vendors, subcontractors, maintenance, and consultants, coordinating efforts with third parties. Additionally, you will handle the troubleshooting of Balance of Plant (BOP) switching, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) functions, and communicate with landowners and local communities.
 
Your managerial role extends to leading a team comprising two technicians and indirectly overseeing a Regional Administrator. Utilizing systems like Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), you will monitor daily asset performance and regulatory compliance to meet standards set by organizations such as the National Electrical Renewables Council (NERC). Your responsibilities involve utilizing various computer-based systems, ensuring the timely update and maintenance of all documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional management may be necessary to provide reports on the status, progress, and development of various projects on-site.

Compensation
Salary Range: $96,900 – $129,000 USD annually 
 
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. 
 
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.  
 
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

The Bomber Operational Lead supports the integration of B-21 Raider operations between the host base and HQ AFGSC. This role focuses on coordinating operational, training, and compliance activities across multiple units and ensuring alignment with higher headquarters requirements. The position works closely with operational, training, and support elements to ensure effective execution of conventional and nuclear mission requirements.

What You&rsquo;ll Do

	<li>Coordinate activities across Formal Training Units, Operations Squadrons, OSS, and simulator programs</li>

Required Experience
