Intown Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team.
As the face of the hospital, our Client Service Representatives greet visitors with warmth and compassion, helping foster trust in our veterinary team while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for both pets and their owners.
In this role, you will help coordinate and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, and multitask between a multi-line phone system and in-person client interactions. Responsibilities also include processing financial transactions, answering client questions, and providing helpful information about our services and patient care.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in fast-paced customer service environments who are friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Successful candidates enjoy multitasking, working collaboratively with a team, and delivering exceptional service to clients and their pets.
This is a flexible full-time or part-time position with a 4/10 schedule. Availability is needed Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM � 5:00 PM, with staff working four weekday shifts.
Our hospitals are also open the first three Saturdays of each month from 8:00 AM � 12:00 PM at our Morningside location. This position may occasionally require picking up one Saturday shift per month during those hours.

Minimum qualifications and skill set
� 1+ years of veterinary client service experience
� Previous veterinary experience preferred
� Strong communication and organizational skills
� Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
� Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients and their pets
� Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
