Marketing Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across product marketing, general marketing, and operations. This role is a critical support function responsible for ensuring marketing programs are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
This role will also contribute to campaign planning and execution strategy, making recommendations that impact marketing programs and overall effectiveness.
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, ensure successful delivery of projects, and support cross-functional teams through strong coordination and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Product Marketing Support
- Responsible for supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product promotions across channels
- Coordinate product data, imagery, and marketing assets to ensure accuracy and readiness for deployment
- Ensure successful delivery of campaign components including email, web, and collateral assets
- Support content development and ensure consistency with brand and messaging standards
Marketing Operations & Execution
- Accountable for timelines and deliverables across assigned marketing projects and campaigns
- Maintain and manage campaign trackers, project timelines, and execution workflows
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule through proactive coordination with internal teams
- Execute email marketing campaigns including list management, QA, and deployment
- Manage CRM data updates, segmentation, and list hygiene to support campaign performance
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to track marketing activity and results
Process & Workflow Support
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining marketing processes to ensure efficient execution
- Identify gaps or delays in workflows and escalate or resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Ensure adherence to established processes, timelines, and quality standards across all deliverables
Distributor & Vendor Coordination
- Support marketing initiatives for distributors and partner programs, ensuring timely delivery of materials and communications
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
- Monitor execution of vendor-supported projects and follow through on outstanding items
Tradeshow & Event Support
- Support the execution of tradeshows and events, including logistics, materials coordination, and timelines
- Ensure all event deliverables are completed on time and aligned with brand standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support successful event execution
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and Communications teams to support marketing initiatives
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams on project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in campaign recaps and provide input on execution improvements
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor performance of campaigns and execution workflows and flag areas for improvement
- Support optimization efforts by identifying inefficiencies, delays, or gaps in execution
- Ensure reporting is accurate and delivered consistently to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines with accountability
- Experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify issues and ensure resolution to keep projects on track
- Experience working with vendors, agencies, or partner programs preferred
- Ability to travel occasionally for tradeshows or events
