Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support our Residential Excavation department. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and coordination, while also supporting superintendents, estimators, and other managers in the department. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for superintendents and managers

  • Create digital files and make copies of documents for the department

  • Prepare written communications such as memos, emails, and reports

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical

  • Assist with billing, trucking, and job code tracking as needed

  • Provide administrative support to superintendents and estimators, including reviewing timesheets and job codes

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of excavation projects

  • Communicate with customers as necessary
