Washbay Attendant

Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment; perform manual outdoor labor; strong attention to detail and teamwork; prior similar experience a plus but not required.

Administrative Assistant

1 year office experience; 40 WPM; English and Spanish bilingual preferred; proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word); strong customer service and data entry; ability to pass drug screening and provide identity/work eligibility.

Scraper Operator

3+ years scraper operation; valid driver license; able to lift 100+ lbs; experience with maintenance; good communication; willing to learn other equipment.

Trackhoe Operator

Two+ years trackhoe experience; basement digging a plus; safety-conscious; able to lift 50 lbs; 18+ with work authorization; drug screen required.

Pipe Foreman

5+ years sewer, water, and storm drain pipe experience; leadership skills; valid US driver’s license; DOT Medical Card; pre-employment drug screen.

Residential Superintendent

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; at least 4 years of building trade experience; strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and blueprint skills.

Gravel Pit Field Mechanic

2 years experience maintaining and repairing yellow iron equipment; hydraulic/diesel troubleshooting; electrical systems (12/24V); welding/torching preferred; drug screen; reliable and motivated.

Project Manager

Manage construction projects from award through close-out; 4+ years PM experience; budgets, schedules, contracts; read plans; PM software proficiency.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic

3+ years experience as heavy equipment mechanic; hydraulic/electrical troubleshooting; shop and field work; own tools; CDL and/or welding experience preferred.

Yellow-Iron Mechanic

3+ years heavy equipment/yellow-iron mechanic; hydraulics, engines, transmissions, electrical systems; read service manuals; diagnostic tools experience; valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)

Diesel Mechanic

3+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic working on heavy-duty trucks or semis; strong knowledge of diesel engines, drivetrains, hydraulics, and electrical systems; ability to use diagnostic tools and manuals.

Flatwork Foreman

Lead concrete flatwork crews; 5+ years exp; 2+ years supervisory; finishing, forms, layout; read blueprints; safety.

Footings Foreman

5+ years in concrete construction; 2+ years in supervisory role; read blueprints/site plans; strong leadership and communication; focus on safety; able to work in the U.S.; passes pre-employment drug screen.

CDL Truck Driver

CDL Class A license; 18+; clean driving record; ability to pass drug test; experience in dirt/construction environments preferred.
