About the Role

We're looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Technical Specialist with strong experience in automation systems and CRM platforms, including 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience. You'll build, optimize, and maintain scalable workflows, CRM pipelines, integrations, and AI-driven tools. If you can troubleshoot fast, streamline processes, and improve customer experience through smart automation, this role is for you.


Core Responsibilities

GoHighLevel (Primary Focus)

  • Set up and manage GHL accounts, sub-accounts, pipelines, calendars, and workflows

  • Build and optimize automations, including triggers, conditions, actions, lead capture, follow-up sequences, appointment scheduling, SMS/email campaigns, voicemail drops, and missed-call text-back

  • Integrate forms, funnels, surveys, and chat widgets within GHL

  • Set up membership areas, onboarding automations, and snapshot configurations

HubSpot & CRM Management

  • Manage HubSpot CRM workflows, pipelines, marketing automation, and lead nurturing sequences

  • Ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting across CRM systems

AI & Automation

  • Implement and optimize AI-powered tools within workflows, including GPT-based assistants, chatbots, voice AI, and AI-driven form handling

  • Connect AI tools into CRM systems using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Webhooks, and APIs

Technical Support & Documentation

  • Troubleshoot technical issues across GHL, HubSpot, integrations, SMS/email deliverability, domains, and DNS

  • Document workflows, create SOPs, and develop training materials for internal teams


Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience, including advanced workflow automation and integrations

  • 1–2 years of HubSpot CRM experience, workflows, pipelines, and marketing automation

  • 1–2+ years of experience with AI tools and automation systems, chatbots, voice bots, GPT tools, or similar

Good to Haves

  • Experience with additional CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or Keap

  • Experience with white-label GHL setups or agency-level accounts
