ABOUT THIS POSITION

Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service.

• Provide Genuine quality customer service with all clienteles by greeting, thanking, etc.


• Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.


• Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures


• Ensure food safety standards are being followed.


• Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.


• Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties.


• Restock areas as needed, following proper FIFO rotation.


• Assist other team members as needed.


• All other duties as assigned.
