What You�ll Do:

As an Auto Body Technician, you'll use your skills to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition (or better!). You�ll be responsible for high-quality repairs and keeping things moving on time and on standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate vehicle damage and plan repairs based on company and OEM standards.

  • Communicate repair status clearly and proactively with the team.

  • Flag any issues that may impact quality or delivery timelines.

  • Use tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

  • Follow all safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment.

  • Team up with others as needed to meet deadlines and support workflow.

  • Stay current on regulations (including hazardous waste handling).

What You Bring:

  • 1�3+ years of experience in collision repair or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle structures and panel replacement techniques.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 70+ lbs), and be comfortable with bending, kneeling, and other physical tasks.

  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Required:

  • Valid Driver�s License

  • I-CAR and/or ASE Certifications (Preferred)
