Job Description

This Spring, DineAmic Hospitality is opening Naia, an expansive riverfront restaurant and bar as well as a luxurious private lounge at 300 N La Salle in River North.
 

This highly anticipated opening represents one of our most ambitious projects to date and we’re building a driven, detail-oriented team to bring it to life.
 

We are actively hiring for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions, with training beginning in mid-April. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to operational excellence from day one and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven organization. Join us in creating an unforgettable experience from the ground up!

 

FOH:

Hosts, Servers, Server Assistants, Bartenders, and Barbacks 

BOH:

Dishwashers, Prep Cooks, Line Cooks
 

We're looking for passionate professionals with:

  • 1–3+ years experience in high-volume or upscale restaurants
  • A guest-focused, collaborative attitude
  • Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Relevant certifications (Food Handler, Basset, etc.)
