Job title: Strategy Lead

About the Role

We�re looking for a strategic thinker and organized planner to help drive our company�s growth and market success. As our Strategy Lead, you�ll build the tools, processes, and plans that keep our teams aligned and moving forward. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to expand into a leadership position with direct reports.

What You�ll Do

• Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and facilitate company, market, and regional strategic and tactical plans. Monitor progress quarterly and hold teams accountable to goals.
• Drive Business Intelligence: Manage CRM dashboards and reports, track key metrics, and forecast contracted backlog to support leadership decision-making.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Market Leads, Business Development, Operations, and affiliate partners to ensure all efforts align with company strategy.
• Support Operations Initiatives: Partner with Operations Directors on long-term initiatives and work with Learning & Development on team training and communications.
• Enable Growth: Identify opportunities for improvement and create actionable plans.

What You Bring

Required Experience:

• General contracting experience managing projects through all phases, with varied complexity (design/build preferred)
• Business development and pursuit experience in general contracting
• Experience with market analysis, construction cycles, and trend identification
• Risk management and problem-solving skills in a contracting environment
