You�ll be responsible for ordering, receiving, monitoring, and distributing parts � ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across the shop. Your work directly impacts our technicians, workflow, customer experience, and overall success.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate inventory of all parts in the system
Order parts in a timely manner to support production flow
Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage
Coordinate returns/exchanges quickly to minimize delays
Ensure tools and equipment are functioning properly
Provide customer updates and answer questions as needed
Maintain cost projection spreadsheets
Communicate with internal departments regarding parts needs
Build strong relationships with vendors and monitor order status
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver�s License
1+ year of experience in Parts Operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Microsoft Office & Excel skills preferred (not required)
Ability to interpret cost reports, work orders, and estimates
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
