POSITION:  Adjunct Faculty - Business Administration Instructor

COLLEGE/DEPARTMENT: Kelley College of Business and Professional Studies

SUPERVISOR TITLE:  Dean, Kelley College of Business and Professional Studies

FLSA STATUS:  Exempt

EXEMPTION:  Teacher Exemption

LOCATION:  Abilene

TARGET HIRE DATE: As Soon As Possible

SUMMARY/SCOPE: The Kelley College of Business and Professional Studies (KCOBPS) is
seeking potential adjuncts for the Spring and Fall semester.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The selected candidate will teach the accounting
courses in the spring or fall semester.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Collegiate teaching experience is required.

None are required for this position at this time.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The
job is sedentary in nature. Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of
time while performing office and computer operations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

This
position is a part-time/temp adjunct position (no more than 29 hours per week)
with teaching load at the Hardin-Simmons University campus.

Must
be a resident of the state of Texas.
