The Field Service Engineer provides expert installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support to ensure reliable machine performance and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install CNC machine tool systems and all accessories at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and identify causes of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or application issues
• Coordinate resolutions and suggest repairs or replacements for CNC tools
• Provide on-site and remote support to customers, distributors, and colleagues
• Manage projects and deliver training as needed
• Assist with trade shows and service support as required
• Travel 100%, including overnight and occasional weekend trips
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor�s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years� machine tool maintenance/technology experience (electrical and mechanical)
• 3+ years� remote technical support in the machine tool industry
• 3+ years� installation/maintenance of machining centers, including CNC geometry checks and adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PLC programming/troubleshooting, control systems, FANUC Controls, and power circuits
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• OSHA-10 Certification in General Industry or Construction
