Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Math Teacher to join our team at Byron High School. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and achievement. This full-time position requires a commitment to enhancing students’ critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as a collaborative approach to working with staff, students, and parents.

V. Responsibilities: A. Maintains professional competence in the field by attending and
participating in professional organizations, workshops,
conferences, and staff meetings.
B. Follows the laws, rules, and guidelines of federal, state, and local
education code requirements.
C. Assumes other responsibilities and performs other duties as
assigned by Principal.
D. Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by
law, district, policy, and administrative regulation.
E. Focuses on student achievement and growth.
