7th Grade Girls Basketball Coach

Basketball Coach

Experience coaching at middle school level or higher; basketball coaching/player experience; knowledge of safe training, conditioning, and fundamental techniques; positive influence on student-athletes; flexible for seasonal/off-season workouts; knowledge of MHSAA rules and Byron Area Schools Athletic Department policies.

8th Grade Girls Basketball Coach

Experience coaching at middle school level preferred; knowledge of basketball, safety, conditioning, and technique; flexible for seasonal/off-season workouts; familiar with MHSAA rules; positive role model.

JV Boys Basketball Coach

High school coaching experience preferred; knowledge of MHSAA rules; ability to coach fundamentals and promote sportsmanship; flexible with seasonal/off-season workouts.

Varsity Boys Basketball Coach

High school coaching experience preferred; varsity level playing experience accepted; ability to teach fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork; knowledge of game strategies; flexible for seasonal/off-season workouts; collaborate with other coaches.

Middle School Math Teacher

Math-certified teacher with ability to use varied strategies, strong classroom management, collaborative and creative.

Music Teacher

K-12 music certification; must be certified and qualified; creative and self-directed; ability to work cooperatively with other teachers; extra-curricular activities and coaching a plus.

District Librarian

Michigan Library Media certificate (ND/NQ) preferred; MLIS/MSLS/MSIS from an ALA-accredited program preferred; proven K-12 library experience; ability to manage budgets and collaborate with staff.

JV Volleyball Coach

Volleyball Coach

Experience coaching middle/high school; ability to teach fundamentals; available for off-season; knowledge of MHSAA rules; collaborate with varsity coach; uphold academic standards.

Bus Driver

Drive school bus for Byron Area Schools; CDL required; Michigan bus driver education; DOT drug/alcohol testing; clean record; high school diploma.

Secondary Math Teacher

Math certification; ability to use varied teaching strategies; strong classroom management; cooperative teamwork; creative and self-directed.

Substitute Custodian

Substitute custodian with ability to lift 45 lbs, unload trucks, work with staff and students, and prioritize tasks.

HS/MS Special Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher

K-12 Special Education certification; HQ in Math/ELA preferred; experience with students with learning disabilities; strong classroom management; varied teaching strategies; technology use in classroom.

Substitute Kitchen Assistant

High school diploma or equivalent; basic math and computer skills; patient, organized, and able to work with students; good communication.

Substitute Bus Driver

High school graduate or equivalent; CDL with appropriate designations; pass physical exams and background checks; able to meet state certification requirements; reliable and professional.
