Schedule: Early mornings, weekdays, weekends, some holidays

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to keep our property in top shape and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep throughout the property. From basic plumbing and electrical tasks to general facility upkeep and emergency fixes, you’ll play a key role in the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and facilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry issues

  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of outdoor areas, tiki structures, walkways, and signage

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management

  • Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or inspections

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations

  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and upkeep for events or seasonal changes

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience (restaurant or hospitality preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems

  • Ability to safely use power tools and maintenance equipment

  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Availability for early mornings and flexible scheduling, including weekends
