Are you passionate about grilling great food and working in a fast-paced kitchen? Chuck’s Roadhouse is looking for enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team in a high-volume restaurant environment. We serve bold flavors, big portions, and great value, and we need skilled cooks who thrive in a team-oriented setting and can keep up with the energy of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain high standards for food quality, portioning, and presentation — every plate should be picture-worthy
- Follow recipes and station prep sheets with exact detail
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of your station at all times
- Stick closely to food safety and sanitation standards — because the little things matter
- Communicate clearly and work efficiently as part of the team, especially during rushes
️ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous food service experience or line cook experience preferred (but not required)
- A strong eye for detail — you notice when a burger’s overcooked, a plate’s not clean, or a garnish is off
- Commitment to consistency: our guests expect the same great food every time
- Ability to multitask without sacrificing quality
- Punctual, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Food Handler Certification is a bonus
