Hourly Rate: $10.00/hour plus tips

Expected Total Compensation: $20 to $40 per hour including tips, depending on the shift

Responsibilities:

• Mix, garnish, and serve a full range of drinks in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service with personality and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations
• Follow all alcohol service laws and venue safety policies
• Check IDs, manage tabs, and operate the POS (Toast experience is a plus)
• Set up and break down bar areas before and after shifts
• Communicate with barbacks and security to ensure smooth operations
• Be willing to take food orders and assist with food running during business hours if required.
• Represent Anthem’s commitment to diversity, safety, and celebration for all guests

Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment (nightlife preferred)
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Be a team player
• Previous experience in LGBTQ+ or inclusive venues is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Shifts:

• Daytime shifts available (10am - 6pm)
• Evening shifts available (6pm - 12am | 2 am)
• Major events and some holidays may be required
• Mix of part-time and full-time roles available
