Job Summary/Basic Functions
Join the University of Mary Washington's Center for International Education (CIE) as a Program Support Assistant and play a key role in connecting students to global opportunities. In this dynamic position, you’ll support international student services and study abroad programs by coordinating logistics, managing applications and records, assisting with student billing and insurance, and helping plan arrivals for students from around the world.
You’ll also contribute to exciting campus events like orientations, fairs, and outreach initiatives, making a direct impact on student engagement and success. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a diverse, global community while ensuring smooth operations and compliance with university and federal standards.
This wage position is essential for sustaining the CIE’s capacity to serve both incoming international students and scholars and outgoing education abroad participants, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations.

Required Experience:
- Prior experience in a college/university setting
