Nova Biomedical is hiring an Order Management Specialist on the U.S. Analyzers and Consumables team at our Lexington Rd, Billerica, MA Facility. The hours are on-site Monday- Friday 9:30 A.M - 6:00 P.M. This position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders and returns (RMAs), providing delivery dates, issuing credit requests, creating new customer accounts, and communicating with customers via phone and email. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Have a customer-centric mindset and see situations from the customer's point-of-view
• Manage and process customer orders, from beginning to end in SAP, EDI, and Esker. Communicate backlog information
• Meet individual goals and contribute to team goals
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information
• Process credit cards
• Satisfy customer requests for price quotations
• Create new customer accounts in SAP
• Resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

• Excellent communications skills are a must
• Fluency in English
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of Microsoft product suite
• Previous SAP experience preferred

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma
• 2-3 years of related office or customer service experience
