Job Description: As an Autism Speech-Language Pathologist at Solutions, you will:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals with autism.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, using evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate and support families and caregivers to facilitate carryover of therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and autism.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current [State] licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
