Provide intensive one-to-one and group therapy to children with autism; attend training; pursue ABA credentials; entry into a career in human services.

Behavior Interventionist 

Provide intensive one-to-one and group therapy to children with autism; complete training to become RBT; background check required; various entry points based on education/experience.

Helping children with autism through intensive behavioral intervention; training provided; entry through various pathways.

Degree in human services or related field, or current college student in human services, or 2 years experience in human services; strong people skills; willing to learn specialized intervention skills; pass criminal background check.

Licensed psychologist with doctorate, licensure in Minnesota/North Dakota; experience leader and supervisor; data-based treatment planning.

Speech Language Pathologist

Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; state licensure; CCC-SLP; autism experience; team collaboration; strong communication.

Behavior Technician

High school diploma not required; strong people skills; willing to learn ABA skills; must pass background check.

Master's in a human services field; BCBA certification; experience with autism; ability to supervise staff and maintain accreditation.

Behavioral Health Practitioner

Master’s/graduate degree in behavioral sciences OR 2000+ hours supervised experience; OR 4000 hours; valid driver’s license; background check; DHS criteria.  Must meet state criteria for MHP.

Provide intensive one-to-one and group therapy for children with autism; ABA-based interventions; training provided; requires relevant human services education or experience; background check.
