Business Development Officer – Driving School

Work Schedule:

  • Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST

  • Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

  • Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to help grow our driving school. You'll own the full business development function, from managing leads and closing enrollments to building community partnerships and coaching staff. If you're a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and building relationships, this role is for you.


Core Responsibilities

Lead Management & Enrollment

  • Manage, follow up on, and convert leads into enrolled students

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and revenue

  • Promote driving programs, packages, and services across the right channels and audiences

Partnerships & Community Presence

  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, companies, and community organizations

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities

  • Engage with potential partners and community groups through virtual outreach and online networking

Team Coaching & Collaboration

  • Coach and guide staff to improve sales skills, customer service, and client relations

  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and accounting teams to enhance the overall student experience

  • Track sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met across the team


Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing

  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and sales tracking (e.g., Zoho)

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, including standard tools like Google Workspace and communication platforms

Good to Haves

  • Background in student enrollment, training programs, or service-based sales

  • Experience in the education or training industry

  • Familiarity with local schools, businesses, and community organizations
