Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be at the center of driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with our dealer network. This high-energy role focuses on outbound engagement, reactivating dormant accounts, and increasing sales across a large portfolio. If you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and love building connections—this is your chance to make an impact.

What will you do?
• Manage and grow a high-volume portfolio of wholesale and direct dealer accounts
• Reactivate dormant accounts through consistent outbound outreach
• Increase order frequency, average order value, and SKU penetration
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue
• Support product launches, promotions, and key sales initiatives
• Execute 35–50 outbound calls daily to maintain strong customer engagement
• Connect with 100–150 unique accounts weekly through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Maintain structured outreach schedules and consistent communication
• Drive adoption of promotional programs and increase participation rates
• Educate customers on product offerings, tools, and initiatives
• Track performance against KPIs including activity, revenue, and account growth
• Share customer insights, trends, and feedback with internal teams
