Are you a high-performing sales professional who wants your work to mean something? We're hiring a Community Sales Director who is hungry, outgoing, and driven to close � and who wants to do it in a place where every move-in genuinely changes a family's life.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle � prospecting, tours, follow-up, and signed agreements
  • Build and maintain a referral network with hospitals, physicians, and social workers
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly census goals
  • Deliver personalized tours that convert prospects into residents
  • Maintain a clean CRM and report on pipeline and conversion metrics

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of proven sales experience with measurable results
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable � you set the pace
  • Outgoing and persuasive with strong relationship-building skills
  • Empathetic communicator � this sale involves families making hard decisions
  • Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sales background a plus
