We’re seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations of our Primary & Specialty Care Practice. This role blends hands‑on nursing with team leadership, workflow oversight, and quality improvement. You’ll support staff, foster a positive patient experience, and help ensure our practice runs smoothly every day.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the Nurse Manager will:
  • Lead and support clinical staff; manage daily workflow and staffing
  • Oversee telephone triage and ensure ClearTriage usage
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with nursing leads to support smooth clinic operations
  • Address patient concerns and support resolution
  • Manage invoices, documentation, and quality improvement tasks

Qualified Candidate will have Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR a documented plan to complete a BSN within NYSED's RN BSN requirement timeframe OR Associate degree with degree/license dates meeting NYSED’s exemption requirements; current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State; current BCLS certification; one (1) years of experience in a medical office setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred; candidate must have familiarity with computers, EMR software (Medent), and MS Office software (Outlook, Word); ideal candidate will have previous staff supervisory experience; candidate must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.

Required certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
Required Experience: minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical setting, with ambulatory outpatient experience preferred; experience supervising staff strongly preferred


This position is posted with a salary range. The actual rate of pay offered will be based on a variety of individualized factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s skills, relevant experience, educational background, internal equity, and market considerations.
