Pantry Coordinator/Early Intervention Services Program Assistant

High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred; 1+ year of coordinating/support experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; HIPAA PHI handling.

Registered Nurse

Licensed NY RN with current BLS/CPR; BSN or plan to complete; 1 year medical office experience preferred; phlebotomy and computer literacy.

Laboratory Lead

High school diploma or GED; BLS/CPR; CMA (AAMA) preferred; 1-2 years in a medical office; phlebotomy skills; EMR (Medent) experience; ability to travel between locations; awareness of health disparities.

Peer Supervisor

CRPA/NYCPS with 3 years clinical experience and 2 years in substance use treatment; harm-reduction knowledge; bilingual preferred; associate degree preferred; strong EMR knowledge; awareness of health disparities.

Security Guard 

High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years security experience in a healthcare setting; NYS Security Guard License; reliable transportation; professional communication; awareness of health disparities.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 

Licensed Practical Nurse

LPN with current license and BCLS, 1 year medical practice experience; phlebotomy; strong communication; computer/EMR proficiency (Medent preferred); HIPAA compliance.

Mental Health Counselor - Part-time

Mental Health Counselor

Master's in social work or similar; two years' relevant experience; LMSW or LMHC required; LCSW preferred; experience with electronic medical records (Medent); knowledge of DSM; sensitivity to health disparities in underserved populations.

Senior Mental Health Counselor

Master’s in social work (or similar); 3 years relevant experience; LCSW required; EMR (Medent) knowledge preferred; DSM knowledge required; awareness of underserved populations essential.

Clinical Supervisor

Master's in social work; three years of supervisory experience; NYS license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMHC-D); experience with electronic medical records (Medent) preferred.

Lead Registered Nurse

Lead RN overseeing clinic flow; requires NY RN license, BSN or plan, BLS, 1 year medical office experience; phlebotomy; familiarity with Medent; comfortable with MS Office and electronic charting.

Staff Pharmacist

Licensed NY Pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience preferred; strong attention to detail and customer service; able to educate patients.

High school diploma or equivalent; NYS Security Guard Registration; 2+ years healthcare security; reliable transportation; professional communication.

Security Guard, part-time

High school diploma; 2+ years security experience in healthcare; NYS Security Guard Registration; reliable transportation; strong observation and communication skills.

Medical Case Manager

Bachelor's in health, human or education services with 1 year experience OR Associate in health, human or education services with 2 years OR HS diploma/GED with 3 years experience; EMR (Medent) experience; experience with diverse populations; strong documentation and communication skills.

Supervising Physician

Board-certified NYS licensed physician; BLS; Internal Family Medicine or Pediatrics preferred; 2+ years in active medical practice with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Maintenance Technician

Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; manage work orders; assist with life-safety inspections; high school diploma; 1 year of general building repair experience; ability to lift 50 lbs; strong customer service and communication skills.

Nurse Manager

RN licensed in New York; BSN or plan to complete BSN; 1 year medical office/ambulatory experience; EMR (Medent) and MS Office familiarity; prior staff supervision preferred.

Health Educator

Bachelor's in Health and Human Services or related field with 1 year HIV/AIDS/health services experience; or Associate degree with 2 years; valid NYS driver’s license; strong communication; MS Office; knowledge of underserved health disparities.
