**Job Summary:**
The Caregiver/Care Partner position involves providing compassionate care and assistance to seniors in a senior living environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents on a daily basis. We are currently hiring for Part-Time, PRN, and Shift Positions including 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
**Qualifications:**
- Possession of applicable certifications as required by the state
- At least one year of relevant experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance as needed
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Following care plans and reporting any changes in residents' condition to supervisors
