About the Role:

We�re looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. You�ll be responsible for repairing vehicle body damage according to company standards � safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate damaged vehicles to develop a strategic repair plan

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle body components

• Communicate status updates with management and teammates

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines

• Maintain tools and work area to safety and cleanliness standards

• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations regarding body shop operations

• Support your team and lend a hand as needed to meet shop goals

What You Bring to the Team:

• 1�3 years of experience in collision repair or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of vehicle structure and repair techniques

• Ability to lift 35�70 lbs, with physical agility and balance

• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

• Team player with a safety-first mindset

Preferred:

• Valid Driver�s License (Required)

• I-CAR and/or ASE Certification (Preferred)
