We’re looking for a Membership Coordinator who can help bring that experience to life through a highly organized, detail-driven approach to member engagement.


This role sits at the center of the membership journey; owning the coordination of key touch points , supporting prospect flow, and ensuring every interaction feels considered and seamless.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and manage CRM with accuracy (prospect data, notes, status updates)
  • Coordinate scheduling for founder dinners and 1:1 meetings with prospective members
  • Track RSVPs and manage follow-ups with consistency and timeliness
  • Distribute membership materials (agreements, one-pagers, supporting documents)
  • Prepare pipeline reporting for leadership review
  • Manage referral intake and conduct initial screening of prospective members

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through; no loose ends
  • Polished and professional communicator (phone, email, in-person)
  • Comfortable working in CRM systems; strong technical fluency
  • Proactive—anticipates needs and solves problems before they surface
  • Responsive and reliable; able to turn requests quickly and accurately
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
